Grade 3
In Grade 3, the girls are taught by their class teachers, as well as by specialist subject teachers. They learn two additional languages, isiZulu and Afrikaans, and are involved in Music, Art, Design and Technology and Information Technology. Physical Education is an important part of the curriculum and the girls participate in sport lessons twice a week during school hours. An extensive extra-curricular programme is offered, including both cultural and sporting activities. The girls are given the wonderful opportunity to learn to play various musical instruments as part of the School curriculum.
Homework is given weekly to allow the girls to organize and structure their time appropriately. Daily supervised prep is offered and attendance is encouraged.
