St Mary's has a Counselling and Careers Centre, The Open Door. Our philosophy is centred on an holistic and preventative approach. To this end, we run groups and workshops on an on-going basis in Little Saints, as well as in the Junior and Senior Schools.

Our support team of Educational Psychologists is led by Heidi Burkhalter who works with Lara Rammutla and Candice Cronk (Intern). We work closely with all members of the School in the area of learning and development. Our role is to collaborate with members of staff, parents and other relevant professionals to ensure the well-being of each of our girls.

Muse Mornings are hosted in SMOGS Cottage, during the term, where psychologists are invited to discuss relevant parenting issues. Parents are encouraged to attend these informative discussions. You are welcome to consult us around your daughter's well-being.
