Dance
St Marys offers a dynamic and varied dance programme. A team of qualified teachers provide the girls with the basics in a variety of dance styles such as Hip Hop, Afrofusion, Jazz, Contemporary, Solo Latin and Ballroom. The girls will also be exposed to a variety of fitness techniques such as Aerobics, Kickboxing and Pilates to aid strength, flexibility and body awareness. All girls, irrespective of skill or training, are welcome to join these dance classes. For those more serious about dance we have established a Senior and Junior Dance Crew. Girls have to audition to participate in a crew. Those interested in Contemporary Dance have the opportunity to work with professional choreographers. Adult Latin America and Cardio dance have also been added to our dance programme.
